    Watermelon is a popular vegetable to most people as watermelon is a kind of bland vegetable which also has good taste. Vitamin C and potassium are main nutrition elements of watermelon and that help people to get rid of swellings. So it can be an ideal vegetable for fat people to lose weight. At the same time, watermelon has protein element, a large quantity of vitamin and mineral substance, and all these have a function of skin whitening.

    White turnip is a common vegetable to most people, and it can be eat both raw and cooked. Researchers showed that white turnip is a good vegetable for diet therapy. It can facilitate digestion so it can be used to lose weight. People gets fat because of piling up the indigested fat, so eat white turnip will digest those unneeded fat and achieve the weight losing result.

    Many nutrition elements that are needed by human body contain in bean products, such as the plenty of protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and fiber elements. And bean products don’t have cholesterol which cause people get fat easily. So bean products are also regarded as a perfect food for losing weight.
    Although those vegetable have the function of losing weight, but in order to keep healthy, you can’t always eat such foods as meals because of the less calorie in it will make you lack of energy. So, you’d better eat more such vegetable and sometimes eat meat products to gain energy.

    It was another Sunday and was sunny. Mom has gone so nobody could disturb me. Sleeping to nature to wake was how wonderful thing. Clean up and put on just a little makeup with a bright heart. I could go window-shopping to kill the rest of time.

    The shopping arcade has so many franchised stores which sell all kinds of souvenirs, such as jewelry, fashion clothes, local speciality, curios and so on. Many girls and boys were full of bags with cheerful countenance.

    At a corner, there is a tastefully bags shop. And its decorations are exotic. It sells lots of different style bags. In a word, it has every bag that you expect to find in the bags shop.

    I selected with great care. I found an elegant wallet was at the center of the left shelf. It was of matchless workmanship and its price was on the high side. But I could not tear myself away from the elegant wallet.

    A salesclerk who had a bluff, rough-and-ready face came to me and said: “Welcome, although its price is high, we are dainty about bags’ texture and making. The workmanship of wallet is the best in my shop. And its style is unique. You will get the quality as well as the exclusive style.”

    According to a report, tap water is usually disinfected with chlorine; and researches have shown that prolonged bathing with chlorine water will irritate the airways, causing various diseases.     The right time should be 20-minute bath, 10-15 minutes’ shower.

    Third, room temperature must not be too high. Many people are afraid of catching a cold in winter, so they always adjust the bathroom at a very high temperature. On the contrary, it will result in a large difference between inside and outside the room, which is easier to get cold instead.

    In addition, after eating too full or on an empty stomach, people are not suitable to take a bath; otherwise, it will bring on hypoglycemia or even faintness. And immediately washing after a meal will cause muscle blood vessels to expand, but the gastrointestinal blood to decrease.

What’s more, people suffering from severe coronary diseases and high blood pressure should take drugs to prevent accidents before taking a bath; as for children, parents need to stay around to take care of them while bathing.
