2. Enhance the immunity by sleep. 3. Drink less. Do not drink low – degree wine more than 100 ml everyday, and beer more than one bottle. Because alcohol can have a negative impaction on the human body, even if the grape wine which can lower cholesterol. Therefore people should limited drinking.

4. To do more exercise. It is believed that everyone knows the advantages of exercise. Though it is cold in winter, go out and do some exercise, breathe some fresh air by the way, you physique will improve a lot. What’s more, do sleep early and get up early. Especially remember not to stay up late.

5. Be optimistic. Optimism can keep the human body at an optimal state. In this society filled with competition and pressure, tremendous psychological pressure would lead to the increase of hormones, which can inhibit the immune system, so the body is vulnerable to influenza or other diseases.
