As girls love to eat snacks, such as fried chips, candy, which have high calories, will make people get fat. In order to lose weight and have a good shape, girls begin to eat vegetable as meals because vegetable has little calorie and contains many elements that do good to human body. So it&#8217;s reasonable to eat vegetable as a way of losing weight. However, not every kind of vegetable has the function of weight losing. And here are some vegetable suggested for you to shed unwanted pounds quickly.<br />

1.       Chives.<br />
Chives, contains many nutrition elements, such as calcium, phosphorus, iron element, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein, renieratene and a large amount of fiber that can enhance intestines and stomach to wriggle, has a function of relaxing the bowels. It can remove the unwanted nutrition and fat in your intestines. Without the unwanted fat, you don&#8217;t have to worry about getting fat any more.<br />
2.       Watermelon.<br />
Watermelon is a popular vegetable to most people as watermelon is a kind of bland vegetable which also has good taste. Vitamin C and potassium are main nutrition elements of watermelon and that help people to get rid of swellings. So it can be an ideal vegetable for fat people to lose weight. At the same time, watermelon has protein element, a large quantity of vitamin and mineral substance, and all these have a function of skin whitening.<br />
3.       White turnip.<br />
White turnip is a common vegetable to most people, and it can be eat both raw and cooked. Researchers showed that white turnip is a good vegetable for diet therapy. It can facilitate digestion so it can be used to lose weight. People gets fat because of piling up the indigested fat, so eat white turnip will digest those unneeded fat and achieve the weight losing result.<br />
4.       Bean products.<br />
Many nutrition elements that are needed by human body contain in bean products, such as the plenty of protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and fiber elements. And bean products don&#8217;t have cholesterol which cause people get fat easily. So bean products are also regarded as a perfect food for losing weight.<br />
Although those vegetable have the function of losing weight, but in order to keep healthy, you can&#8217;t always eat such foods as meals because of the less calorie in it will make you lack of energy. So, you&#8217;d better eat more such vegetable and sometimes eat meat products to gain energy.</p>
